32 pounds to go. Seems daunting, and another 4 months to get there if I continue on the straight and narrow.
So I concentrate on 1 pound at a time, otherwise, it can seem overwhelming. But 4-6 pounds a month is perfect, healthy, and able to build muscle with the higher protein intake without losing my fiber.
Those frustrating lulls will come, and I am prepping :) psychologically for that!
