That was all + warmup. It sounds more than it really is, took about 55 min to complete

Honestly, I don’t live in a hole. What’s a single leg burpee?? A burpee standing on one foot? Eeeeek!😲

Starting from a plank position with one leg (the other leg hovers) and two hands on the ground, push up, pop up and hop on the leg that was touching the ground, pop back down never letting the hovering leg touch the ground, and repeat 8 times. Do the same thing on the other side.

Ok Moopie!! I’m blaming it on you if I can’t walk tomorrow. I included 4 sets of 30sec rounds each leg of the jumping one leg squat! LORD HAVE MERCY!!!!!

So...soooo sore! And while eating breakfast this morning I was thinking...man...I do this stuff all the time but on two legs, one leg took it up a notch! Ha! BUT!!!!! Then I remembered this post, and it’s actually the one leg burpee I was supposed to try. Ugh!! That’ll be later today if I can...pretty sore! Don’t want to fall in my face and break some teef! 😂😂😂😂

💕💕💕 yay!!! I ❤️ women who aren’t afraid of lifting weights. I was the one female taking this class so I felt like I needed to go higher than normal weights. Laraae use whatever weight that challenges you. 😘😘😘 wifey so excited to see what this does for you.
