Like a 900-1000 dinner 😳. Diet/woe went straight out the window today lol. Got outvoted by kids and my friend. A steakhouse was the only thing close that would’ve been high protein low fat and they didn’t care for that. 🤷‍♀️ Thankfully I’m a firm believer that a couple days a week like this won’t hurt a person. I still have some nightly snacks to log but I really think I won’t be too far over since I made sure to have a lighter lunch. 😁
