Ah!!....it was terrible this few days😭
I just broke my healthy diet I traveled with friends so I ate unhealthy food with parties and restaurants pizza ..chocolate..candies...and a lot of them ..on average i ate 2000 per day in the last three day I just blame my self I had to be more patient 😭😭😭i am afraid 😳 that I gained 1 or 2 kg I will do my best to start and complete my diet 👌👌tomorrow I will be patient this week and have from 1000 to 1200 kcal a day !! YES we can do it 😼😼😼
60 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
