New way to lose weight, no electricity for 12 hours....results, afraid to open the refrigerator & pounds fade-away!!

Haha 😆 we are not sure what happened, but strange when the lights are off & no noises!! Finally came back on this morning. Luckily the food survived!!

Late morning leg day & pounded (no pun intended) out 800 calories ....also time for that late breakfast 🥞

Mocha fudge, I Exercise 6 days a week & the intensity is nearly 60 minutes non-stop. We usually have I go/You go (Partners) & those are the rest periods when it’s your Partner’s turn. I also break this routine with Strength & Conditioning Programs (3 days a week). Hope this helps!!

Hi Srossca, Thank you for sharing your Fatsecret how-to's. I'm not quite up to that level of workout - I'm still doing aquafit classs (lol), some cycling and watching my carbs. Cheers.
