Back down to 179 - 179.9 - but I'll take it. I think the problem was water. I dropped my water down to a little over half of my body weight and the scale shot up. Once I started getting in more water, the scale started dropping again. I'm still going to take it easy with the sugar free candy.

I'm seriously considering doing a fat fast next week. There are some things I need to pick up to do it and I'll do that this weekend.

I'm also seriously procrastinating right now. I need to start working on the fragrances for Valentine's Day and I am just totally unmotivated at the moment.

Good job Toni! You're getting things going in the right direction again. If you decide to do the fat fast let me know and I may join you! It's about time for me to do some fasting again and get things straightened out and back on track too.
