My starting weight was originally May 11th. I weighed between 185-187. These last 3 weeks I've lost almost 2 lbs per week, but I really fluctuate with water weight. I'm currently 180 or 179. I don't really acknowledge it unless it's down 5 pounds for a few days. I notice that I pee a lot more??? I'm tall, but have large hips and belly fat in excess, and all over evenly distributed fat elsewhere. I want to lose everywhere but especially my mid section *the bad fat. I'm trying to avoid metabolic syndrome and have been warned and told to lose 10%, and eat lean meat and fish. My triglycerides and LDL cholesterol were on the high side, and I was told to improve it by lifestyle. My BMI is through the roof because of my middle. I have lean legs and shoulders and should weigh less then what it says for my height. I'm 5'9" and a long lean frame when I'm not over weight. This post menopausal weight is a killer. I think I can realistically loose 10 pounds, but believe I'll plateau thereafter. My guilty pleasures are cheese, pate, french bread, chocolate bars, and cheesecake. I'm not muscular. I want to tone and strengthen. I have bad arthritis in my knee's and a bad foot that suffers from repetitive fractures or sprains from previous injuries. It worries me that I can't be as active anymore due to the pain.
