“Flames” by David Guetta, featuring Sia has been my anthem this year since starting FatSecret. When I was starting out and everything felt so hard, it would help me make just one more healthy choice (keep tracking calories, walk farther, a few more sit ups, positive self talk, etc). I find that it continues to be an inspiration as I walk into uncharted territory in another area of my life. As I plan for my son’s future and a big move across the country, I have panic attacks and so much fear show up. I’m so burnt out. But I can’t give up....”I have to go go go, figure it out, don’t stop moving. You can do this!”
