Reduced calorie intake & increased water 💦 yesterday. I needed to clean my system due to the cold. It resulted in slight weight loss, but made me feel much better today!!

Adef, try some Supersets & it will burn the Carbs, basically participating in two (2) Exercise Routines back to Back with no rest.
