Housework today instead of the gym. I have a lot of clothing and linen to give away. I'm learning how to minimize and let go of things that I am not using. I also meal prepped today. I love cooking and I have a husband who loves my cooking. He can't believe he's eating the way he is and losing weight. I look forward to us hitting out goal weight this summer.
