It was amazingly good. It’s a meal kit. Home chef. I use them maybe once a month for three meals on a busy week. It’s like having a sous chef. It’s oven baked bbq chicken and broccoli. Just oil and salt broccoli. Dry-rub spice on chicken. Bake on sheet pan with broccoli for 20-30 minutes at 425. Will make this again. I like meals you prep and then bake because can go take shower or have a coffee even if the cook is me.

I've used those kits... They're pretty nice. But I can't find any truly keto now unless I use their kits for Omad.
