After our grand meal at Red Lobster I slacked off again for today's meals. A special occasion meal now and then doesn't hurt and helps get refocused on my maintenance program. It is just too bad that we can't put our calorie burning in "cruise control" mode and not have to worry about it. Some people can, but most of us aren't among the fortunate few.
