sooo ive obviously not been taking this weightloss thing very seriously lately.. i need a kick in the @$$ it seems. i started out great at the beginning of the year, and then it turned into a few good days followed by a few days where i eat everything in sight and completely ruin the effort i made previously. i think i need some new hobbies to keep me from wandering to the refrigerator when i get bored.. hmm.. 😒

it's not Easy but just being here is great! I find I do best in weight loss when I am diligent about logging it here.

You are doing so good. You have lost over 30 pounds. That’s really good. Dieting for long periods of time can get hard. Just keep trying. We are here for you.

One kick in the tushie, comin' up! Seriously, QueenMari3, I've been through the same experience in the past. It's important that you're calling a halt to this RIGHT NOW! Some days, just reading and responding to FS posts keeps me busy and interested in the "fight." I also stay busy researching my chosen WOE (LCHF/not-quite-keto) on YouTube, because it's relatively new to me and because it's so effective, for me, for weight loss and controlling my blood sugar. I stick with just a few sources that I trust, notably, Drs. Ken D. Berry and Jason Fung; DietDoctor.com, and VirtaHealth.com. Educating myself and sharing what I learn with others who may be interested keeps me busy AND focused. After a few false-starts, I know that this is the secret to being successful. Thanks Miraculum 😊 i think at this point it's more of a bad breakup with food situation, lol. You know, that ex you hate to love, and you keep going back even though you ALWAYS regret it afterward, lol. 😂 I'm just a recovering food addict.. Where's a 12 step program when u need one? 😉
