For the first time I am not worrying about going over a day!! It was Easter... I didn’t over eat I just tried a little of everything and you know 3 glasses of red 🍷 isn’t gonna hurt no one. this group gave me great advice about calorie deficit weekly❤️

My carbs are usually 20 or less.... I thoroughly enjoyed a Cadbury cream egg🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️worth it. So was 1/2 the piece of white chocolate mouse cake topped with fresh berries 🤷🏻‍♀️💁🏻‍♀️ I’m loosing weight and I’m mindful of what I eat. I enjoyed Easter with my family and had small portions. Definitely feeling more and more confident with this weight loss. I see a belly piercing in the near future since I am on a total trend of loosing weight. Extra motivation too 🤗🤗

Thanks beautiful 🥰😘 I won’t be summer ready this year but next year I will... hopefully. I’m ok with that because I’m on a nice downward trend and love my lifestyle change ❤️

Omg 😮 just played basketball for an hour with the family and neighborhood kids. So glad I stopped the hormones. # this girl needs a shower 😂😂
