Do you normally feel sick from eating carbs? Or is it just right after being on Keto? I have the worst carb hangovers going off keto 😅 Not always sure it’s worth it lol

I was always like that. It wasn’t until I went on a low carb diet that I realize this is what normal is supposed to feel like.

No, I don’t eat it all the time. I still have to do portion control my way of eating but need tp eliminate grains to feel my best.

Dang! I’d guess Celiac too. But ya never know. I don’t know if you remember Baskington, but she was allergic to almost everything poor gal!
