Well, I should not have bragged about how I didn't eat junk at work all week. Today my colleagues surprised me with a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes complete with cream cheese frosting. I thought I had escaped this since my birthday was during Spring Break when we weren't at work, but no! Moderation is a struggle for me and I did not do a very good job of exercising it today. The goal is to not let this derail me. I did go for an hour long beach walk with my best friend after work. That probably burned about 3 bites of cake!
