I am semi keto but most of all calorie counting right now until I see my doc in a week or so. I had to pick up a RX at CVS and did that and walked around the store a little. All their candy, like single bars and stuff, is up front by the checkout. I wanted a Reece’s so bad! And I just stood there staring at the Reece’s talking in my head. I asked myself how bad and guilty would I feel if I got and ate one. I was so ready to just DO IT! But my good don’t eat it side of my brain said no. And I listened and walked out without. After all, eating apple fritters and Reece’s is how I got big. But my scale still hasn’t moved. That’s just beyond disappointing.
So what I did bad was to eat Kroger chili that was in my pantry. I still had calories to eat. And I ate two cans! Still had some calories left but, going to bed. Sweet dreams FS
