Workout this morning was called.......Get Fit or Die Trying!! After 60 BURPEES, we all started to feel the “die” part with 16 minutes of non-stop exercising!!!!

Wifey & g_o, thx for the details. Burpees are a Challenge. We had a 5 minute Challenge a couple weeks ago on Burpees.....reached 71. Of course, out of breath for the next 10 minutes!!
