Thank God it’s Friday! I only have to work 25 minutes after my lunch break and then I get to go home! 😄😄

Does 1200 calories make you feel 'full and satisfied' during the day?

Im not feeling hungry. While off keto I deal with belly growling all day. But I eat smaller meals while on keto and I still have the instinct to keep eating. I did that today. Ended up snacking a lot. Fasting is the answer 😉👍

Even though I snacked all day on fatty foods I still stayed below my calorie limit 😃
