Today I survived with just Keto coffee for three meals. But when I came home from work, I got caught by Asian Trail Mix. Total calories per day = 966; carb = 18; fat = 77, protein = 5, net carbs = 41.26. My fasting blood sugar was 166 this morning. Bedtime check was 120. Because I was busy today it wasn't too difficult to stick with just keto coffee. Will try again tomorrow. Weight this morning was 179 and at bedtime it was 179.

How can your Total Carbs be less than your NET carbs? I've never seen that before? Was it a typo? Great job, though, either way!

Hi Debbie, It was FS that gave the totals, I went back and looked: net carbs 41.26 = total carbs 46.86 = 18% carbs. macros 18% carbs, 77% fats, 5% protein. It's the percentages that make it look odd.
