Wellll so so, that IB (idiot box on the floor) went up a smidgen but that won't get me down! I feel good and my clothes are fitting ok. Yes it would be nice to be going down in size of ME & also my clothes but hey at least I'm not going up and I know that I am eating well. I also went to the gym 3 times this week even if the workout wasn't a big sweating one it was good for me SO I feel good. Plus I'm not in a 'brain fog' as I get sometimes. So I really need to keep this UP for ME!
My kids aren't coming home this weekend but will the mid week and stay though next weekend so I'll have more time to prepare for it. Normally on Fri evening & weekends I splurge on wine & 'no-no' food but so far so good, I did not stop and pick anything up that is not on my woe and I don't intend on going out tonight. Sometimes especially over the weekends I have to take it one day at a time, sometimes even one minute at a time!
I've fixed my blueberries a little different the last few days, I heat up a little coconut oil and coconut butter (pure) just to melt add some chopped almonds, cinnamon and just a little pink salt then stir in the blueberries and YUM it is good :-) Is anyone out there on a LowCarb vegie plan? I would like to get myself into that swing eventually. I still want to eat seafood but trying to get away from other meat.
