I’m making stuffed chicken breasts. A year! A whole year on this site as of tomorrow. And I forgot to log the chicken before I rolled it up and put it in the oven! 🤦‍♀️ Guess I’ll weigh it cooked, subtract filling weights and then multiply by 30%?? to account for shrinkage. Or maybe I’ll just log 8-9pz because it was about the size of 2.5-3 decks of cards once I hammered it flat. I can’t believe I forgot! Lol

Hate it when I do that! See if you can find a cooked version to log. I lucked out once doing that.

I guesstimated. 7 breasts per package at $2/# and cost was around $10. So each should’ve been around 10-12 oz. I had a smaller one. Ended up eating the salad and filling up mostly so ate very little of the stuffed chicken breast anyway lol. I’ve eaten high calorie foods today but not a lot of volume. Just wasn’t that hungry.
