I've binged for the last 5 days and I'm pretty sure that the scale is going to say that I've gained the 16 lbs. that I lost back. I know, intellectually, that it is physically impossible to gain 16 lbs. in 5 days.
I did confirm that I am gluten intolerant and sugar sensitive.
But I bought NANY this weekend and I am going to read it.
I've also joined Angie and Christie's challenges. I will get a handle on this and I will drop the extra weight.

LOL Toni .. I know how you feel. Yesterday after we ate our Thanksgiving dinner, mine being low-carb, I felt like I had gained 16 pounds in one hour hahaha. It's great that you learned more about your food issues :) Now just one step at a time! That weight's gonna fall right off you :D
