Sunday afternoon and I can't relax - have decorated the store and display windows for Christmas and... list goes on I should be totally vegging but want to do more yet MH wants me to 'sit, relax with him ' and I reflect how a week ago he was in ICU so I sit ....
Lowered my RDI goal to 1300 today - these numbers are crazy - when I accepted the 1800 a I was casting about trying to find food - more food. I'd be 70% or so... oh well... healthy eating.
