Hmmm skipped lunch. Took a nap instead. Had a larger breakfast tho. Forgot my meds and we ate out so I have to eat a large snack or small meal now. What to have?? The snickers is calling my name yet I’m about 900 kcal for the day so I have room for more. Should I attempt a peanut butter sandwich? I have a feeling that will easily be 400 kcal or more. Everyone says good protein but omg, so much fat! I’m more of a low fat person if I gotta cut a macro. Maybe I’ll make a quesadilla and a salad. But they were out of lettuce so thats out. Omg choices! I’m indecisive! And folks this is why I end up just grabbing something! Quick easy and within reach. Guess I’ll go waste electricity and stand in the kitchen with my head in the fridge until inspiration hits me! Or like last time when the plastic container of leftover taco meat literally fell out and smacked me in the face then foot. I need that again!

For me, sometimes cooking is just too much bother. :)

Same here. I opened the fridge and saw taco meat sitting right in front. It was a sign lol. So I had a small soft taco. Just enough to take my meds and not feel too ill and still have calories left over for some gobstoppers :).
