So, I've been away from you all for about a year and I know I've gained about 20 of the 60 pounds I lost back. I am going to weigh in tomorrow and get back on track. My old ways have returned and I am deriving too much pleasure from eating. A big change is that I am no longer working from home but I'm back to working 60 hour weeks in an office. The stress, work hours and environment are having a terrible impact. #1- lots of temptations to partake in office celebrations that include CAKE! #2-Im so tired when I get home that I don't feel like cooking so I'm grabbing pizza, fried chicken, etc on the way home. #3- I'm definitely a stress eater so I'm now craving sugar and lots of unhealthy foods and not in moderation. #4My commute is an hour each way and I've been stopping for Nacho fries from the taco bell on my way. No excuses, I'm just out of control and need to get my flesh back under subjection! Praise God I haven't gained it all back yet. The new clothes I bought still fit though not as good so it's definitely time.
