Much happier with a smaller deficit. I don't know how I used to do 1500 calories deficits for months on end lol.

If you're talking about today's deficit so far, the night is young I'm just now headed to Walmart to get lunch and I'll be adding all the calories that I eat at work tonight on to today's calories. I think I'm averaging about 2,600. I may go up a little higher in the next couple days.

Hmm, I see what you mean now, Lzenn. I am going to place some of today's calories on Monday too lol! I think I feel good today still from the extra 1k I had in Sunday.

I'm struggling with wanting to eat. I'm holding my deficit by sheer force of stubborn pride. It's not out and out hunger, just an urge to eat. I've been drinking tea, even picked up old nicotine loaded cartridge, to try to beat it. I can't shake it. Haven't given in to it, but man, it's been a tough week.
