Whew! Cooked a prime rib roast today... and though my tastebuds have changed on most things I used to eat... this one is still in the LIKE column. 30+ grms fat but no carbs (haha) I probably over recorded it in my diary but wanted to cover the 'slicing nibbles '. Leftovers wrapped, frozen and safe from midnight muncher craving.
