I was looking at my original goals when I joined FS a few years ago. I haven’t been able to say bye bye to the yo-yo yet and continue to lose and regain this weight. I’m hoping to make some real lifestyle changes. I’ve given up alcohol (except on holidays) and am eating practical sustainable meals. I’m enjoying going to the gym and feel like one of the regulars in my spin classes now.
I know that I’m still 25 pounds from where I want to be but slow and steady and hopefully I will get there by the end of the summer?
Then I think the hard work of maintenance begins. Not slipping back into bad habits. I no longer crave snacks between meals and just need to cut down on after dinner treats. But one goal at a time. Thanks for your support on here. It’s good to have a forum with like minded “losers” who are fighting hard every day to regain their health and find a healthier way to live everyday.
