My avg calories from M-W was 833. I was hungry today and promised the kids pizza so we got enough for lunch AND dinner! Made up most of those calories lol. THIS is why I love CICO and flexible dieting! I can eat as my appetite wants and fill in as needed. I would usually try for 1500-1550 however I sure liked seeing 118 on the scale this morning. May see about 1200 for a couple weeks. Maybe not, who knows. If I can make 115 soon that means I’ll need to start back to the gym earlier than planned. Get to goal, gain muscle, diet and lose fat back to a new goal, gain muscle, rinse and repeat! FatSecret has sure helped me realize my goals and so many supportive people on the site! I’ve learned that I can eat like I have today (donuts for breakfast and pizza for lunch and dinner) just not often. I can still treat myself and not be so restrictive as to cut something out completely. 11 months, the last 3 of which I was really slacking on dieting, and I’m down 41.8# and feel better than I have in years!
