Interesting research about muscle memory, favorite quote is "Use it or lose it, until you work at it again" - sorry for the long url!

So, if you work out for a while and then have an injury that sidelines you, when you go back to working out you gain faster than you did when you first started out.

Went to aerobics last night and will go dancing tonight. Also dancing Sunday with my daughter! So, fun weekend lined up, weight lifting in there Saturday after my house tour.

Muscle memory is interesting. For me it's learning quilting designs on my long-arm quilting machine since I "drive" a 4 foot long machine with a bity needle on the end to do intricate designs. I get it for workouts as well.
