Hi! My name is Regina I’m 16 years and old. ’m 5ft4 or 162 cm. I decides a few weeks ago id like to lose 10kg! Currently i weigh 54kg and id like to get to my goal of 45kg.
Hope that everyone can get to their goal weight! :)

Hi Regina. Welcome. I just want to say that with your current height and weight, you're BMI is 20.6, which is on the lower half of normal (18.5-24.9). If you go down to 100lbs, you'll be significantly underweight (BMI of 17.2). At that weight, you may start to have physical changes such as hair loss, menstrual irregularities, bone density issues, decreased immune function, etc. At your age it might also permanently impact stunt your growth. If your weight gets too low for too longer there are more severe potential problems that can occur. If you are interested in changing your body shape, I would suggest more muscle building versus weight loss. There's also a lot to be said for self-acceptance and self-compassion.

Good comment! I agree. You should consider more than just your weight value. Some form of exercise can have very positive impact on your shape without losing unhealthy levels of weight.
