My Apple Watch asks me to stand for one minute in the last 10 minutes of every hour. Just standing doesn’t work. I have to be physically active. So yesterday I decided I’d do standing crunches whenever it asks me to stand. I have a feeling my abs will be sore very soon! I’m curious to know why I can stand and fold clothes for an hour and it still asks me like I’ve sat on my rear all hour. Maybe I’m not moving fast enough then or maybe it just likes to ask every hour at 50 minutes past the hour if I’m not currently moving that exact minute. Either way I’m getting 20-30 crunches in each time and at least 2-3 times a day. Mostly between 9:50 and 2:50 lol. If it asks when I’m asleep I have no idea.

Love the idea of the remainder, at work I rely on my timer ⏱

I sit a lot with driving kids everywhere and watching their things. The reminder is nice but can get annoying if your in the middle of something.
