I don't know if that happens to you; sometimes I can see an improvement in my body, but then my picture doesn't show what I saw 🤨😂

I think the more popular way is relaxed. Being consistent is prob more important. Or you could do both..

When flexed. 47" chest and 16.25 inch left arm 15.75 inch right arm😭. Must be the tennis elbow causing atrophy lol!

I got one of those straps last year for the tennis elbow. It was bad for a while. Not sure if it helped a lot but it took the edge off the pain keeping pressure at a different point. I still use it here and there as a preventative measure..
