Yes I had fried chicken from the same place for lunch and dinner and still lost. Yes cico still applies in the Keto Diet. You will need a deficit to lose. The difference for me is that even though I’m at a deficit I don’t feel ravenous. I don’t get this weird off, drowsy, feeling after I’m eating. And I don’t have crazy bloating from food sensitivities.
