Half the steak eaten, half the veggies, just over half the potatoes and all of the cottage cheese. Between the leftovers from this, from my rib/turkey dinner and half a small pizza... I’ll have a good three leftover meals!! Lunch and dinner tomorrow and lunch Saturday. My fridge is stuffed full of leftovers as I’ve cooked so much extra then we’ve been going out on other nights and twice today for my birthday. Hubby even cooked a double batch of chili last weekend so we still have that left too. I foresee a weekend of no cooking! Other than making stuff for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 😉.
