A “taco salad” I didn’t finish it all. After barely eating today and not feeling well I got full pretty fast. Really wanting comforting foods right now... I really just want to bake and eat fresh cookies. Or make apple pie filling and put in on ice cream. But at lunch time I was able to resist miso soup rice ramen with tofu. one serving is 29NC and that tiny pack is supposed to be two servings!!! Proud of myself for not caving... but it was probably only because I was feeling too awful to stand and actually cook it... either way, I didn’t eat it. Go me! I got to take a 20minute nap. Still feeling like 💩 so it’s time for a robe!!

If you feel that bad it may be better to give yourself permission to use portion control and eat what you want. Sounds like your tummy needs TLC.

@tom having digestive issues means everything flares up my intestines, inflammation and pains. So as much as some warm ooey gooey junk food sounds so good I know it will make everything worse. I just gotta take it easy and probably do a fast, let my insides recuperate. But every time I walk in the kitchen I just want to bake something and then pig out in my robe...
