50 pounds down today!!I am so pleased with myself. Perhaps a new outfit for a reward!!Shout out to my husband he sent me a beautiful "great job" plant. Now if I can only remember to water it. It's a good day! Now on to the next 50.

That's a fabulous loss. I'll bet you can move quite a bit better already. I find walking several times a day rather than one longer walk is easier on the joints and also helps with muscle pain. Therapeutic massage therapy might help with pain too. Good luck on the weight-loss journey birdeegirl.

Thank you @Trillium1. It does feel better moving. I love putting on clothes that are too loose and when I eat, I am not uncomfortable anymore. Lowering my carbs and fasting has been an incredible change for me and I am learning lots about my body.
