Finally lost a complete pound in the last two days & ready for a cheat meal!!
I headed for the Gym this morning & participated in my First Hybrid Class since the surgery. It involved a couple Jump Exercises, but I modified not to inflame the Ankle. Burned 625 Calories & I need some water 💦
