My uncle and cousins came to the game but couldn’t stay for dinner. Hubby decided to take us for dinner since my oldest won her first school basketball game! Unfortunately Braum’s doesn’t have nutrition info even though it is law. They can tell me a medium malt is about 1340 kcal and a burger is 530 but that’s it. So I just did my best on logging. Decided I’d have the ice cream. My oldest has been very accommodating of my diet lately and hasn’t said a word when I don’t share treats. Tonight she gave me the sad look and when I ordered the small malt I received the really happy look. Gave her half my medium fries though which she ate along with her while 1/4 pound hamburger meal and her own shake!

No stress from the in-laws today. All has been quiet. Hubby thinks they realized they made a mistake and pushed him too far. I’m angry on behalf of my kids and really sad for hubby. But that’s life I guess. I hate the unknown so I am an osterach for now. Burying my head in the sand and going about my normal stuff. It’ll work itself out or it won’t. Either way I can’t change anything. I put the snickers back last night and had jawbreakers instead. Not the best choice but it saved me 190 kcal and I was able to take my frustrations out on the jaw breakers instead of chewing another pen to pieces lol.

Lol that would be nice. I’m reevaluating my goals currently. This keeps me sane and my mind on things I can control. I believe my new goal should be 110-115. Then lift and bulk back up to 120-125. I’ve always felt worse physically over 130 so I’d like to stay under unless I lift for years and gain like 20# of muscle lol. Since I haven’t had any real muscle tone in 15-20 years I’d say that won’t happen. Can’t build back to it if you never had it in the first place!

Oddly enough, I’m not wanting to stress eat much. It’s always sort of alternated whether I didn’t eat at all or ate a lot when stressed. When I find that I want something right now I decide if I’m actually hungry enough for a meal. If so I can have a protein bar or something. If not then gobstoppers it is! In the past I would binge on hard candies. I’m talking having one in my mouth ALL day. My dentist didn’t care for that and my teeth aren’t good anyway so toothaches became too much to be worth it. I also find that when I’m browsing cabinets I tend to think of you all on FS. Occasionally I’ll grab a bottle of water and drink half just to see if it’s really thirst. That is thanks to you 😉.

Haha omg you crack me up! I actually sang that in my head. I grabbed sugar free tea and I’m working on that. A cup of coffee this morning and half a bottle of propel so far. Eating lunch soon so I’ll grab another bottle then. Could you program that drone to clean the kitchen for me while it watches what I eat? 😁

Yes I used to watch the Jetsons as a kid 😉. Drones can be programmed. You just need to add some arms with a scrubber on one 😁.
