Dear buddies,
Life in the slow lane, but some progress is small, subtle ways. My right leg is moving more easily and comfortably and am able to delay meds by an extra two hours now. Sleeping for longer stretches, sometimes 6 hours. Keep telling myself that I'm giving my body what it needs on every level to bring it up to optimum health. Really miss exercising!!!
Managed to eat right and drink lots of water. Tried a new way to saute spinach tonight from a WW book. Heated it in only 1 TB water then tossed it with 1 tsp grated Parmesan, 1 tsp olive oil, and S&P. Omitted the 1 TB bread crumbs (didn't have any), but it tasted really good as is.;-)
