Had this idea this morning... since I was done eating before 9 last night, I could wait until 1 for lunch. A little IF at 16/8. Was all geared up for it even though my tummy is growling so hard it hurts this morning. THEN I remembered I was adding protein powder to my coffee and it’s not exactly calorie free 😭. Well there goes that idea. 40ish calories already in my system lol. So it’ll be 12/12 haha. This is why my WoE is the only one that’ll work for me I think. I try something else and mess it up without thinking about it. But hey, it’s lower calorie protein powder not the apple filled glazed donut with a side of two fried 🍳s, a sausage patty, 2 strips of turkey 🥓 and two pieces of low calorie bread slathered in high calorie butter! I obsess over food when I’m hungry. Thankfully I have stuff to do on my phone, I’m still sore and I’m lazy. That combo means I’ll sit here for at least another hour and sitting here means another hour not eating. Oh and get to make a weekly meal plan as I can’t find my lists 😖.
