Took the kids to a fall fest tonight. Expected sugary treats but begged off so that I could wait until I had dinner first. Planned popcorn, which I did eat before dinner.

Was sitting here cussing my horrible headache and thinking that maybe I just haven’t had enough to eat or something. Debated candy or a protein bar and grabbed a Coke Zero for now. Realized I’m under 1500 so far and not sure I want to go over. I expected 1600. Yet if I stay where I am then that means an extra treat on Halloween. Guess we will see if I have any willpower or not lol. If I take something for the headache I’ll have to eat with it though. It tends to make me feel bad when I take meds on an empty stomach. May take it now as I still have some dinner in my belly 😉.
