Was thinking I felt thinner today. Looked in the mirror. Not really very noticeable. But I like the feeling...
(My listed weight is a lie. It is old. In this phase of my journey, I am no scaling. At least for now)
I 24 hour fasted yesterday. I normally do two meals but will mix in a few one meal days
