Here we go into the weekend. I am trying very hard to stay on plan. I was very tired today and no energy. I have been zoning out in the recliner for most of the day. I still got up and walked the dog 4 times. She loves her walks, and so do I. It is chilly outside and the trees are turning to gorgeous fall colors.
