It's OK if you got room for 190 cals or more. I used to eat them more..The seasonal pumpkin pie ones are awesome if I remember right

Yeah, just had one. Pretty good. It's 180 calories. What I find crazy is the amount of fiber these things have. They are expensive so I only get them once in a while.

My wife and I (mostly me) went through a phase eating them. I get them occasionally when they're on sale. Hyvee has extra 10% off on Wednesdays health stuff..

It's hard for me to buy them when I can get 50% more bars for 3/4 the price if I go with the Pure Protein brand. But every once in a while isn't bad. I like to change up what I eat as often as I change up my workouts which is very often lol.

Basically just the convenience outweighs the cost... For some it's like a better option for dessert/treat while upping your protein intake.

Kind of in the middle.. The pure protein ones are covered in Chocalate etc. Quest are usually solid bars. ONE has some good also.

Have fun with that. If I am eating ice-cream, I want the real thing. I have tried them all--YUCK. Edy's Light is as far as I take it.

i prefer some type of protein bar or even just a bar with some carbs with lower protein before i workout. i workout first thing and drinking protein shakes messes with my stomach right before a workout. but i need something and have found that bars of some type are quick at 630 am, feel me up enough, and i dont feel them sitting in my stomach during my workout like i do with protein shakes

Just found a human flesh mask and a machete lol. Mostly went for the kids so I just grabbed a couple of cheap items for fun.
