Day 3 - up at 5am again...and off I go. Hard 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical then another 40 minutes on the weight machines, focusing on upper body and 75 crunches on a stabilizer ball. UGH!!! Feeling good about that but also feel like I'm STARVING myself. Have been told that this will pass once my body gets over feeling deprived. I GOT THIS!
