this is just proving my point that my weight is slowly creeping up and I need to watch my intake more. it makes me sad to know that once I left I couldn't maintain it makes me wonder if I'm ever going to be able to eat normally.....
56.8 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
