I ate only one tortilla, also there is left in my plate some salad and chicken breast, I'll finish this at dinner. I wonder why it is easier to overeat if my food is donuts, cake or chocolates? 🤔🙆♀️

I am the same with overeating the non nutritional food. I can easily eat 2 corn tortillas but only 1 flour. I think that's a good thing. Your meal looks delicious!

Adefwebserver, I can eat 3+ cupcakes right now if I want to, but I don't want my chicken and salad, that means I am not hungry , so no more mini cupcakes either Haha

Over eating junk food is every ones issue. My granddaughter will sit down to thanksgiving dinner with hardly nothing on her plate, then have a dinner plate of about 15 different cakes and pies.

Same here. My husband thinks I am strange that I don't want to eat all the time or everyday, but give me pastry or rich restaurant food and it's super easy to overdo the calories! I've learned how to eat, not just to lose weight, but to improve my health. It's constant and so I slip up a lot.

I am trying to eat more chicken breast for my protein intake but my stomach doesn't want too much protein 😝

Neversaycannot that is a great idea, it's why I am eating a lot of salads almost everyday (low in calories) because I save the calories for the "good food " haha

I have 20g protein bars, but 200-210 calories. Too much calories 🤯😡

I can't make my #s unless I have protein powder and bars. I am too lazy and get tired/sick of chicken breast and fish/ shrimp after a while.

Carbs fill me up the least. I can eat 5 bowls of cereal, 6 donuts, and still eat more. I eat 8oz of chicken I'm good 😋

I can eat 8 oz of chicken in two meals , I am eating a little more than that today but between lunch and dinner , I am hoping that by next year I can increase my calorie intake so I will be able to eat my tasteless protein bars and protein shakes 😐 . Or just more beans and rice 😁

I used to eat the bars, now I just have a shake. They taste much better and have more protein. I'm also in love with quest protein chips
