Fasting a.m. BS = 176; weight 175.4. Totals: 1416 cals; 69/15/16 macros; net c. 47.66. No sciatic pain!!! Elected to eat sugar free pudding and no other dessert at church potluck. Successfully survived a baby shower with snacks! Still too many carbs today, More work for my self control tomorrow!
